Quaife is pleased to announce a new sequential gearkit for Alfa Romeo and Lancia enthusiasts, designed for fast road, track day and competition use.
The Quaife QBE9D sequential gearkit features six close ratio gears, and the latest Quaife technology to deliver rapid gearshifts in a robust, affordable, easy to install package for owners of these iconic marques.
Using the same design methodology as Quaife’s hugely successful existing range of sequential gearkits for Ford, Honda, Lotus and Mitsubishi applications, QBE9D is a direct replacement for the original Alfa Romeo H-pattern transmission, and utilises the original Alfa Romeo transmission bellhousing, with the addition of a bespoke Quaife cast outer case containing a state of the art sequential shift mechanism, operated by a race proven Quaife gear lever and cable.
An optional air actuator is also available for those wanting a paddleshift solution.
To ensure reliability, QBE9D’s heavy-duty gear train is built with wider than standard straight-cut, close ratio gears, featuring the latest open face dog engagement design with larger dog rings already proven in numerous other Quaife applications.
